Cumberland resident Alexandra Wolfe is being held without bond for allegedly violating a protective order. She was found in the 100-block of Pennsylvania Avenue, but officers learned she was banned from being at that address. She was taken to the Allegany County Detention Center and received a hearing by a District Court Commissioner.
