Bradford, Pennsylvania resident Nicholas Anthony DiPaola has been sentenced to 18 months, to be served in the Garrett County Detention Center after entering a guilty plea to a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol, per se. He was sentenced in connection to an incident in February of 2025. He will also be subject to 3 years of supervised probation on his release, including conditions designed to monitor alcohol consumption and treat issues with alcohol and/or drug use.
