Cumberland resident Christina Marie Lewis has been charged with assault, following a Tuesday disturbance in the 200-block of Virginia Avenue. The alleged victim had sustained injuries from the altercation; Ms. Lewis was arrested and taken to police headquarters. She was later seen by a District Court Commissioner and released on personal recognizance.
