Sixty-two-year-old Cumberland resident Gary Ray Bookheimer was arrested in connection with an incident, where he allegedly threatened someone with a gun, and held that person against her will in the 400-block of Springdale Street on Wednesday. Officers also located suspected CDS and CDS paraphernalia on him, and he also was found to be in possession of multiple firearm-related offenses. He was taken to the Allegany County Detention Center, where he had been awaiting an initial appearance before a District Court Commissioner.
