A truck driver, convicted and sentenced in a fatal crash on Cheat Lake is now in ICE custody. Sukhjinder Singh remains in the North Central Regional Jail. He pleaded guilty to vehicular homicide in October. He was driving a tractor trailer recklessly on I-68 Eastbound during a snow storm last January, when his rig pushed a car driven by Pennsylvania resident Kevin Lataille over the side of the bridge and into the lake. His body and car were recovered from the lake a week after the collision.
