City of Cumberland officials will consider an update to rules for bicycles, scooters, and skateboards on sidewalks. The Cumberland Times-News states that a current city ordinance prohibits bikes on sidewalks, but contains many “antiquated concepts,” according to City Administrator Jeff Silka. The subject was discussed during a Mayor and City Council work session yesterday.
