Two dogs, a cat and guinea pigs died in a Bowman’s Addition fire on Saturday. Units were sent to the 13000 block of Valley Road. The cause of the fire appears to be from a woodpile placed too close to a wood stove in the living room, according to Bedford Road Volunteer Fire Department Assistant Chief Colby Santmyire.
