The Preston County Economic Development Authority has purchased a 41-acre site in Hazelton for future development. The property includes a 15-thousand-square-foot building and sits along the interstate. Nearly four million dollars from a federal mine reclamation grant will pay for the purchase and infrastructure improvements. Officials say they’re already talking with companies about locating at the site.
