Stoystown resident Mathew Phillips is facing rape charges, in connection to an incident that happened on November 3rd. The woman claimed she had been raped at a residence in Quemahoning Township. Phillips is in the Somerset County prison with bail denied, due to three offenses in four days. He is being charged with rape, sexual assault, simple assault and harassment.
