There’s pressure that comes with staring at a to-do list…leading to procrastination. Instead try a “ta-da” list. Here’s how it works: you create a list of things you’ve finished daily. From taking your vitamins, to walking, to cleaning an area… it can be whatever you want to write down.
Seeing your accomplishments on paper, including things you never expected to do on a certain day, boosts confidence and motivation.
Start small with the list and add some sass to your items if you want, like “got the fridge filled even though it was the last thing I wanted to do.”
