Cumberland resident Sarah Renae Peterson was arrested in the area of Nave’s Crossroads and now faces a second set of drug charges. She was initially indicted by an Allegany County Grand Jury in March of last year for CDS possession with intent to distribute. Following her second arrest this week, she was charged with possession of crack cocaine and possession with intent to distribute crack. She was ordered held without bail, following a hearing before a District Court Commissioner.
