Derek Wiede and Robert M. Iliff are suing the city of Cumberland, for alleged sexual harassment, maintenance of a hostile work environment and retaliation. In the suit, they allege they “endured repeated sexual comments and conduct by their supervisor, Jeff Harden, and were subjected to retaliatory treatment after reporting his behavior through official channels,” according to the federal district court filing. City Administrator Jeff Silka noted that this is pending litigation and the city cannot comment.
