OAKLAND MAN CHARGED WITH FIRST-DEGREE MURDER

Oakland resident Neal Tolliver has been arrested and charged with first and second-degree murder and other related counts.  Sixty-two-year-old Donna May Resor died as the result of a gunshot wound early Monday morning. Investigating were detectives from the Criminal Investigation Division, the Narcotics Task force, and the Sheriff’s Office Crime Scene Investigator. Tolliver was arrested, and transported to the Garrett County Detention Center, where he was held, pending a bond hearing.
