Central City resident Angela Phillips faces a felony charge, after a teenager was allegedly sold a THC vape. The teen was sold the vape at a store in Bedford. Its owner, Brandon Phillips, had already been arrested and charged after multiple alleged purchases of illegal THC products were made at the store. Phillips is facing a felony charge of the manufacture, delivery, or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver. She was released on $15,000 unsecured bail, with a preliminary hearing set for April 1st.
