TWO PRESTON COUNTY MEN ARRESTED IN ROBBERY

Preston County residents Roy Powell of Kingwood and Tunnelton resident Kevin Miller II have been arrested in what is being called a “brutal” robbery in Morgantown Saturday. The two are accused of taking another person’s money and phone and severely beating him with a firearm. Both have been charged with attempted murder, first-degree robbery and other counts, and are being held in the North Central Regional Jail on a $1 million bond each.
