KEMPTON MAN FACES HOMICIDE INDICTMENT

A Garrett County Grand Jury has returned a three-count indictment of a Kempton, New York-area man for charges related to the March 2^nd death of Donna Resor. Twenty-two-year-old Joseph Tolliver was indicted on charges of first-degree murder, second-degree murder and the use of a firearm in a crime of violence. He is accused of shooting and killing Donna Resor, a family member, on March 2^nd of this year. He was held without bond, following an appearance in Garrett County Circuit Court.
