Garrett County resident Lisa Kay Kitzmiller has been found guilty of the neglect of a vulnerable adult and possession of methamphetamine. A pre-sentence investigation was ordered by Judge Justin Gregory. The 58-year-old victim was put in a hospital bed in a tent outside of her home in Crellin, while other people moved into her home. The victim had a permanent disability and was bedridden. The case was investigated by Deputy Brandon Pritt and Captain Robbie Zimmerman of the Garrett County Sheriff’s Office. Prosecuting the case was State’s Attorney Christian Mash.
