Twenty-eight-year-old Cumberland resident Jamar Cordelle Peck is facing a number of charges, including failure to appear, CDS possession of paraphernalia, and theft following his arrest Wednesday, Peck allegedly failed to appear in court, on charges of burglary, destruction of property, trespassing and disorderly conduct. He was later released on a $3,000 bond. He was also issued a criminal citation for possession of suspected CDS paraphernalia. And he was also charged with a theft that occurred on April 1st, at a business in the 200-block of Greene Street. He allegedly went into the business, and took items without attempting to pay for them.
