VICTIMS OF DOUBLE-FATAL ACCIDENT IDENTIFIED

The victims of Sunday’s double fatal accident on Rocket Center Road have been identified. Authorities say 52-year-old Justin Haines of Keyser and 55-year old Frostburg resident Richard Bennett were the drivers of the two vehicles involved and lost their lives. Each had a passenger; one was flown to Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, while the other was transported to UPMC-Western Maryland. Neither their identities nor their conditions are known.
