The death of a 74-year-old woman last year has been ruled a homicide. Anne Stuckey, who had been employed at the Finan Center, was attacked in October of 2001, and died in August of last year at a Cumberland long-term care facility, due to “complications of blunt force head trauma.” The attack left her with the loss of ability to speak. A death certificate was issued in December of last year, according to the Cumberland Times-News.
