A Somerset County woman who authorities say was injured in a single-vehicle DUI crash last month has died. Seventy-three-year-old Kathy Hay reportedly had a blood alcohol concentration of point-one-three on July 11th when she hit a utility pole in Jenner township. She died on Saturday.
