VIRGINIA MAN KILLED IN ROCK CLIMBING IN WEST VIRGINIA

A 75-year-old Virginia man is dead after a rock climbing accident in West Virginia. Emergency crews say the climber fell about 50 feet from a rock formation along Smoke Hole Road in the Monongahela National Forest Saturday afternoon. There were reports that responders found the man dead at the scene. Authorities have not released his name, and the accident remains under investigation.
