Charges are pending, following an accident, where an all-terrain vehicle struck a disabled vehicle along Route 220,m near the Hi-Rock Animal Hospital Wednesday afternoon. Xzavier Daniel Caleb Wilt struck the parked vehicle on the shoulder of the roadway, ejecting the operator. Wilt was flown to Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown for treatment of serious injuries.
