PERSON STRUCK, KILLED BY TRAIN

A pedestrian was struck and killed by a train just after 9 p.m. last night. The incident occurred at the Baltimore Street crossing. The person was taken to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner for an autopsy. The Combined Criminal Investigation Unit is investigating, and anyone with information on the circumstances prior to the crash is asked to call the C3I Unit at (301)-777-0326. Additional information will be released when the investigation is finished.
