FIREFIGHTER ARRESTED FOR FELONY ASSAULT, OTHER CHARGES

Cumberland City Firefighter Tyler Christian Hochard was arrested Saturday on felony assault and other charges. Hochard, who lives in Frostburg, is accused of first and second-degree assault disorderly conduct, and carrying or wearing a handgun, while under the influence of alcohol and reckless endangerment. There are no further details at this point. It is known Hochard posted a $10,000 bond yesterday, and was released from the Allegany County Detention Center.
