MAN ARRESTED IN TWO SEPARATE INCIDENTS

Cumberland resident Trevon Marcel Emerson was arrested Tuesday, in connection with two separate incidents. In the first, he was charged with violation of probation, stemming from a previous conviction for second-degree assault of a Department of Corrections employee. In the second, he is being accused of stealing an electric bicycle. He was held without bond in the first incident, and issued a criminal summons in the second.
