Friends of Felines and Ferals 7 Year Anniversary Bash

Felines and Ferals will celebrate its 7-year anniversary bash on Saturday, October 10th from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The event will be held in the parking lot, across from the courthouse on Armstrong Street in Keyser. There will be food, vendors, an inaugural car show, a FREE Kidzone, and adoption center, open for visits. There will be trick-or-treating from 11 to 12, and a costume contest for pets and kids.
