The West Virginia Lottery turned off 172 limited video lottery machines at 26 retail locations at the end of business yesterday. The operator, Trans-Allegheny Enterprises of Parkersburg, did not turn in the paperwork needed for re-licensing. Acting Director David Bradley says the company is missing a tax good-standing letter and its financial records. The Lottery Commission is giving the company 30 days to submit them. More than 30 other operators were re-licensed on time.
