Tanya Tucker is revealing that she delayed a visit to the emergency room to support her friend Paul Overstreet during his induction into the Country Music Hall of Fame over the weekend. On Sunday while the singer was on stage, she revealed that she had internal bleeding and her lungs were possibly collapsed, but she refused to miss the Medallion Ceremony. Tucker went on to deliver a heartfelt speech in Overstreet’s honor and wrapped up her speech by saying “I’m thrilled to be the person who gets to do the honors and go on to the ER right after this.” Overstreet was inducted into the Hall of Fame alongside The Stanley Brothers and Tim McGraw.
