Governor Wes Moore visited Cumberland yesterday and planned to stop in other significantly Republican pockets of Maryland, including parts of Carroll, Charles, and St. Mary’s counties, as well as the Eastern Shore. With the general election less than a week away, Moore closed out his campaign for a second term, according to the Cumberland Times-News. He is being opposed next Tuesday by Republican candidate Dan Cox.
