The 172 limited video lottery machines at 26 retail locations remain turned off. Parkersburg-based Trans-Allegheny Enterprises has not yet sent the state Lottery everything it needs for relicensing. The Lottery Commission chose not to relicense the company at its September 30 meeting after it missed the deadline. Chief Officer Tom Fittro told commissioners yesterday that the company has its tax return filed and a letter of good standing, but the financial statements are still pending. Commission Chairman Ken Greear says acting Director David Bradley could relicense the company before the November meeting if those documents check out.
