NEW CORRECTIONAL STAFFERS HEADING TO WESTERN MARYLAND FACILITIES

Seventeen of the 20 class members who graduated from the Correctional Entrance Level Training Program this week are heading to Western Maryland. After completing seven weeks of training at the Public Safety Education and Training Center in Sykesville, the graduates are joining the workforce. Nine graduates will go to the Maryland Correctional Training Center and five to Maryland Correctional Institution-Hagerstown. Two will report to Western Correctional Institution and one to North Branch Correctional Institution in Allegany County.
