WOMAN SERVED CRIMINAL SUMMONS ON THEFT CHARGES

Cumberland resident Crystal Demoss was served a criminal summons, after police filed charges against her in District Court. The alleged victim in the case reported and provided evidence that Demoss had been fraudulently making transactions from their bank account for several months. Ms. Demoss was released pending trial.
