Maryland voters have approved ballot Question 3, which will amend the state’s constitution to change the way congressional districts are drawn. The ballot question was developed to counter Republican redistricting measures in other states supported by President Trump. Governor Wes Moore championed Question 3 in Maryland, saying Donald Trump does not get to rewrite the rules for his allies and then tell Maryland to sit on its hands. The governor says he is proud that the people of Maryland used their power to push back by approving Question 3.
