CUMBERLAND RESIDENT BEING CHARGED WITH THEFT

Cumberland resident Jayson Lee-Evan Stallings is being charged with theft of less than $100. He was served a criminal summons as the result of a private citizen filing charges. He signed for his copy of the summons and was released pending trial.
