BIDEN TO VISIT BALTIMORE FRIDAY

President Biden will visit Baltimore Friday following the collapse of the Francis Scott Key bridge.  White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre said the president will meet with federal and local officials and get a look at response efforts on the ground.  The bridge collapsed last week after it was struck by a cargo ship.  The incident resulted in the death of six construction workers.  The wreckage has blocked a vital shipping lane in the Port of Baltimore.  Biden has vowed to use federal resources to reopen the port and rebuild the bridge as soon as possible.
