DAMASCUS MAN ARRESTED FOLLOWING INDICTMENT FOR RAPE

Nineteen-year-old Damascus resident Anthony Ibarra was served a bench warrant after he was indicted by a Grand Jury for second-degree rape. He received a District Court hearing and was later remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center, where he was held without bond.
