A grand jury will take up the case of a Randolph County man accused of murder. Twenty-six-year-old Michael Mussi of Elkins faces a charge of first-degree murder. Police believe Mussi shot and killed Tanner Talbott of Belington at Blue and Gray Park last Friday. They claim Mussi planned to kill the 23-year-old Talbott after learning he had an affair with his wife. After a probable cause hearing Thursday, the case was turned over to Barbour County prosecutors. Mussi remains held at Tygart Valley Regional Jail without bond.
