MAN CHARGED WITH VIOLATION OF PROBATION

Jonathon Anthony Tomko, of Bowling Green, was arrested on a District Court Bench warrant for violation of probation. His original charge was driving while under the influence of alcohol. He was being held at the Allegany County Detention Center, pending a bail review in District Court.
