MAN HELD ON VIOLATION OF PROBATION CHARGE

Cumberland resident Jaylyn Floyd Butler was arrested on a Circuit Court Bench warrant for violation of probation. The original charge was conspiring to distribute narcotics. He is being held without bond at the Allegany County Detention Center.
