U.S. News & World Report claims Josh Harms, of Sibley, Iowa, recently won a free-speech lawsuit. He said that his hometown smelled like “rancid dog food.” Sibley officials sued Harms after he publicly criticized the odor problem from an animal food processing plant and launched a “Sibley Stinks” website. The city has been ordered to pay Harms $6,500 in damages and $20,000 in legal fees. Hmmmmm, good thing he doesn’t live beside me!
