Cumberland resident Abraham Rivera Ortiz was arrested for violation of probation on previous charges of burglary and sexual assault. The conditions of probation were ordered by the court in January. Ortiz received a District Court hearing, and was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center on $2500 bond.
