Thirty-three-year-old Shanel Marie Arnold was served a criminal summons, issued by District Court, following an incident on October 6th at an Elm Street residence. She is charged with assaulting another woman and damaging property. The counts against her include assault, malicious destruction of property, and willfully damaging or tampering with a motor vehicle. She signed and received copies of the charging documents and was released pending trial.
