Roy McGrath, a former chief of staff to Governor Larry Hogan is declining to answer questions regarding a six-figure severance package and large expenses he incurred as he transitioned from a state agency top the governor’s office. McGrath declined to answer the questions of a legislative oversight committee on the basis of self-incrimination. He resigned August 17th.
