Firefighters rescued a dog Saturday night, which had fallen into a drainpipe on Marsh Hill Road in Garrett County. The dog fell ten feet into an overflow pipe in the middle of a frozen pond here. Firefighters made a harness for the labradoodle and lifted him to safety. The animal is in good shape. The call was initially received around 8:05 p.m., Saturday.
