The Maryland Department of Health is reporting more than 13-hundred new COVID-19 cases, as of yesterday. The state’s case count is now nearly 404-thousand. There were three deaths related to the virus reported yesterday, bringing the total number of deaths to more than eight-thousand. The statewide positivity rate hasn’t changed since Wednesday morning. Health officials say it remains at nearly four-point-six percent.
