This year’s West Virginia Day on Sunday, June 20th will be more of a party than simply celebrating being admitted to the Union. This Sunday at 1:00 p.m., the governor is expected to announce the end of the statewide mask mandate. June 20th is also the day when the state will hold its first vaccination lottery drawing. And of course, it also happens to be Father’s Day.
