Earnest Moreland III of Decatur, Georgia and 39-year-old Donnell Lipscomb of Essex, Maryland were arrested late last week following a traffic stop on Interstate 68, near Grantsville. During the stop, probable cause was found to search the vehicle, and troopers recovered drugs, including cocaine, meth, and marijuana, along with CDS equipment and three guns. Both men were prohibited from having guns. Additionally, Moreland was wanted in Georgia on a violation of probation on an armed robbery charge. Both were arrested and taken before a court commissioner for a bond hearing.
