Cumberland resident Carly Alexa Yates was arrested in connection to a trespassing complaint in Grasonville, Maryland in July of this year. She was charged with disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace, assault, resisting arrest and intoxicated public disturbance. She received a District Court hearing, and was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center, where she was held on $2500 bond.
