Flags across Maryland will fly at half-staff to honor the U.S. service members that lost their lives in the terrorist attack in Afghanistan. Governor Larry Hogan made the announcement yesterday evening and says this goes for the U.S. flag and the Maryland flag. The flags will remain lowered through sunset this evening.
